Goods are shipped when payment of order is received. Payment can be made by cash, credit card and Bitcoin. You can also make a direct deposit into our bank account. Claims and/or Returns must be communicated and approved by us within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, Bitcoin etc.).
We normally deliver by mail. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days. Charges are notified at the time of purchase via the website shopping cart.
Upon placement of an order, the customer is notified via e-mail, at the e-mail provided confirming the order. The Company is deemed to have accepted an order, upon despatch to the customer of the product(s) ordered. All ordered products are delivered by courier service at the address indicated by the customer in the placed order. Delivery of products is only effected within European countries.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service selected and can only be refunded in accordance with legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation in force from time to time.
